This Privacy Policy explains how Odisha Agro Care, a brand of Madhuparnna Agri Solution Private Limited (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information through this website, odishaagro.com. We respect your privacy and handle your information in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
In short: we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, we never sell your information, and we do not use advertising or tracking tools on this website.
1. Information we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email address, district or location, the product you are interested in, the quantity and your message. To make sure the enquiry is genuine, we email a one-time verification code to the address you give. Your enquiry is saved only after the code is confirmed.
When you call or WhatsApp us, we receive your phone number and the information you choose to share in the conversation.
When you browse this website, our server and our security provider automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages visited and the date and time. This is used only to keep the website working and secure.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as bank details, Aadhaar numbers or passwords. This website does not take payments.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, and to give you product information or advice.
- To arrange supply, quotations or a field visit when you ask for one.
- To keep records of enquiries for our business, and to improve our products and service.
- To protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats.
We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to keep you informed. You can ask us to stop at any time.
3. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie (oac.sid) that keeps the enquiry form and its verification step secure. It is not used for advertising or tracking. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
4. Services that help us run this website
We share information only with trusted service providers, and only as far as needed to run the website:
- Hosting: our website and its database run on secure cloud servers located in India.
- Cloudflare: protects the website, delivers it quickly, and runs the “Turnstile” check on the enquiry form that tells people apart from spam bots.
- Google (Gmail): sends the verification code and enquiry emails.
- YouTube and Google Maps: our videos and the location map are embedded from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) and Google Maps. These services may collect information when you play a video or use the map, under their own privacy policies.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, the chat is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
We never sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, for example to a government authority with a valid legal request.
5. Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites, including our partner online store Shaboo (shaboo.in), where products can be bought online. When you visit or buy on another website, its own privacy policy applies. Shaboo's policy is available at shaboo.in/page/privacy-policy.
6. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry records for as long as they are needed to serve you and to maintain our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time (see section 8).

The website uses secure HTTPS encryption. Enquiries are stored in a protected database that only our authorised staff can access with a password. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
